The kitchen, dining room and living room are open concept, creating a perfect space to gather. Double doors open onto a wrap around patio with chaise lounges for soaking up the sun, covered front patio with an outside dining area, and a sunken barbecue deck beneath the boulder behind the house. For a spectacular view you can head up to the upper deck, perched atop a huge granite boulder.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- 10% Government Tax must be added to all rates.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
- Winter: December 15 - April 14, 2025
- Summer: April 15 - December 14, 2024
- Air conditioning is included in the rates.
- Extra person charge - $35 per night plus 10% government tax.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Winter: A four night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two and last two days of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 90 days in advance of arrival date.
Summer: A three night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two days and last day of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 30 days in advance of arrival date.
