Living Area
The main living area is separated from the bedrooms by an outdoor walkway. Here you have the open concept kitchen, dining area and living room with a TV, and a laundry room. Open the screened sliding doors to enjoy the views and breezes.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom and en suite bathroom are air conditioned, or you can open the louvered windows and screened sliding doors to enjoy the ocean breeze. The guest bedroom is beside the master bedroom and also offers air conditioning. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. Both bathrooms have open air showers. Both bedrooms have the option of a king bed or two twin beds
Outside
The patio has two levels which enables you to enjoy both the ocean view and the garden view. The upper level is partially covered so you can choose to soak up the sun or relax in the shade. The lower level has a dining table and charcoal barbeque to enjoy alfresco dining.
