Ideal for a family or two couples, these houses offer two bedrooms each with their own en suite bathroom. Each bedroom can be made with a king bed or two twin beds upon request. The living area and kitchen provide plenty of space to enjoy time together. Outside, on your private patio there is a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and chaise lounges for that peaceful afternoon nap.

Tax and Deposit Policy
- 10% Government Tax must be added to all rates.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, cash, wire transfers or credit cards. Wire transfers are subject to a $35 bank fee. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% administration fee.
- Winter: December 15 - April 14, 2025
- Summer: April 15 - December 14, 2024
- Extra person charge - $35 per night plus 10% government tax.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Winter: A four night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two and last two days of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 90 days in advance of arrival date.
Summer: A three night deposit is requested at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to the first two days and last day of the reservation. This deposit is able to be refunded, less $100 cancellation fee, if cancellation is received no later than 30 days in advance of arrival date.
