Guavaberry Spring Bay Vacation Homes

Winter (December 15 - April 14): A four night deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is able to be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received no later than 90 days prior to arrival.

Summer (April 15 - December 14): A three night deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is able to be refunded, less a $100 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received no later than 30 days prior to arrival. 

Deluxe Villas

A 50% deposit of the reservation is requested upon booking. The balance plus tax is due 45 days prior to arrival date. The deposit and final payment are non refundable, unless the space can be filled, in which case a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.

Payment Options

Deposits can be paid by personal check drawn on a US bank, or US Dollars money order, and mailed to our P.O. Box in St. Thomas.  Wire transfer can also be arranged if you are outside of the USA ($35 bank charge for incoming transfers will apply). 

We now accept credit cards! A 4% administration fee will apply to all credit card payments.
